What Bible translation do you use?

We use the King James Version (KJV) in our books. We chose KJV for its timeless, reverent language and because it is a translation many Christians already know and love. Our aim is to present Scripture in a way that feels beautiful, faithful, and familiar.

Are these books good for beginners?

Yes. Our books are made to be easy to follow for beginners, while still being rich and worthwhile for more experienced readers. With clear language, thoughtful structure, and visuals that support understanding, they make Scripture feel approachable without making it feel shallow. Whether you are just starting out or have spent years reading the Bible, they are designed to help you grow with clarity and confidence.

Are these books suitable for different Christian backgrounds?

Yes. Our books are created to help Christians from many backgrounds engage with Scripture in a clear, faithful, and meaningful way. We keep the focus on the Bible’s message and present it with care, so readers can read, learn, and grow with confidence.

Are these physical books or digital downloads?

Our books are physical printed books, made to be held, enjoyed, gifted, and used away from a screen. If your order includes a complimentary digital freebie, that will be delivered separately, but the books themselves are physical products.

What age group are the kids books best for?

Our kids books are designed mainly for ages 6–12, roughly Grades 1–6. Younger children can also enjoy them as a read-aloud from around age 5, and many children begin exploring them more independently around ages 7–8. With simple language, short sections, and large, easy to read text, they are made to feel approachable for newer readers while still staying meaningful and engaging for older kids.

Do you ship internationally, and how long does shipping take?

Yes. We currently ship physical books to selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders usually take 3–7 business days for printing, processing, and packing before dispatch. After that, delivery time depends on your destination and shipping method, and the estimated window is shown at checkout. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes—if you need to change or correct your shipping address, please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help. Because orders move into printing and shipment preparation quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We want you to feel confident ordering from us, which is why we offer our Grow Your Faith Guarantee on our physical books. Use your book for 7 days, and if you genuinely feel it has not been helpful in your walk with God, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process. Once your claim is approved and the book is returned as instructed, we’ll issue a full refund for the returned book. View full Refund Policy. 

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@amencore.com within 1 business day of placing it. Because orders move into printing, processing, and shipment preparation quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed once that work has begun. What if my book arrives damaged, or defective?

If your book arrives damaged in transit or has a genuine printing or fulfillment defect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the book, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. For transit damage, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we’ll reship the affected item atno extra charge. View full Policy.
