Refund policy

This Return, Refund, and Guarantee Policy applies to purchases made through Amencore.co (“AmenCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy. Shipping-related matters such as transit damage, marked-delivered claims, wrong-address issues, and returned-to-sender or unclaimed shipments are addressed in the Shipping Policy.

1. GENERAL RULE

Except for the Grow Your Faith Guarantee below and any rights required by applicable law, AmenCore does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, mistaken purchases, accidental orders, or preference-based reasons.

Outside the Grow Your Faith Guarantee and any rights required by applicable law, opened or used books are not returnable.

2. GROW YOUR FAITH GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, AmenCore offers a Grow Your Faith Guarantee on physical books purchased through Amencore.co.

If you use a physical book for 7 days and genuinely find that it has not been helpful in your walk with God, you may return it and request a refund under this Guarantee.

Claims under the Grow Your Faith Guarantee must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

To make a claim under this Guarantee, you must:

  • contact support@amencore.com,
  • provide your order number,
  • identify the item you want to return,
  • and follow the return instructions we provide.

If the claim is approved and the returned item is received as instructed, AmenCore will issue a full refund for the returned eligible book(s).

Unless required by applicable law:

  • return shipping costs under this Guarantee are the customer’s responsibility,
  • the Guarantee applies only to the specific returned item(s),
  • and AmenCore may refuse claims involving fraud, abuse, repeated misuse, bulk orders, resale orders, or other bad-faith conduct.

Normal reading and evaluation use consistent with a 7-day review is permitted. However, AmenCore may refuse Guarantee claims where an item has been intentionally damaged, abused, or altered beyond ordinary evaluation use.

This Guarantee is voluntary and is offered in addition to, not instead of, any rights required by applicable law.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 business day of placing the order by emailing support@amencore.com.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once printing, processing, packing, or shipment preparation has begun.

If AmenCore accepts a cancellation before dispatch, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available except where required by applicable law.

4. WRONG ITEM SENT

If AmenCore sends the wrong item, the customer must contact support@amencore.com promptly after delivery and provide proof of the error, including clear photos where requested.

Once the claim is reviewed and verified, AmenCore will promptly reship the correct item at no additional charge.

AmenCore may request return of the incorrect item, proof of disposal, or additional evidence where reasonably necessary.

5. PRINTING DEFECTS OR FULFILLMENT DEFECTS

If a book arrives with a printing defect or fulfillment defect, the customer must contact support@amencore.com promptly after delivery and provide sufficient proof, including clear photos where requested.

Once the claim is reviewed and verified, AmenCore will promptly reship the affected item at no additional charge.

AmenCore reserves the right to determine whether an issue is a genuine printing or fulfillment defect, as opposed to minor variation, ordinary manufacturing tolerance, or damage occurring after delivery.

AmenCore may request return of the item, proof of disposal, or further evidence where reasonably necessary.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Where a return or replacement is approved because of AmenCore’s verified error or a verified defect, AmenCore will bear the return shipping cost where return shipment is required and reasonably practical.

In all other cases, including claims under the Grow Your Faith Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. DIGITAL FREEBIES

Any complimentary digital freebies included with a purchase are not separately refundable.

If an order is refunded, canceled, reversed, or otherwise unwound, AmenCore may revoke access to any complimentary digital freebies associated with that order.

8. RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers must contact support@amencore.com before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization or contrary to our instructions may be refused, disregarded, or returned to sender.

Customers must package approved returns securely. AmenCore is not responsible for items lost in return transit before they are received by us unless AmenCore arranged the return shipment.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

AmenCore may withhold a refund until:

  • the returned item is received, where return is required,
  • proof of return is provided, where accepted,
  • or the claim has been reasonably reviewed.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or platform.

10. NO DOUBLE RECOVERY

If a customer receives a refund, replacement, chargeback, reversal, insurance payout, or other recovery for the same issue from any source, AmenCore is not required to provide a duplicate remedy.

AmenCore reserves the right to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes using order records, delivery records, customer communications, claim materials, photos, and applicable policy terms.

11. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or overrides any non-excludable rights or remedies a customer may have under applicable consumer or sales law.

Where applicable law gives the customer rights that are broader than this Policy, the applicable law will control to the extent of the conflict.
